About Us
History
Our story starts way back in 2005
Mindset Development Organization (MSD) is a Non-Governmental Organization that was registered in 2016 after transmuting from Community Based Organization since 2005 that built a good foundation attributed to building our current capacity to handle wider scope in terms of area and activities.
Our work entails empowerment of vulnerable youth, teen mothers and disadvantaged women and within their communities through vocational and entrepreneurial skills.
Our experience over time has persuaded to take a holistic approach in solving community problems so we have integrated basic computer skills, psychological support, angle fund program for graduates, memory book program for adult literacy and more entrepreneurship programs under the “SUE WATES Initiatives” aimed at self-sustaining projects.
